How the day runs
- Before dawn. Hotel pickup in the dark and the drive to the Kedu Plain.
- Sunrise. Punthuk Setumbu, the hill viewpoint facing the temple. Mist, silhouettes of Merapi and Merbabu, and the reason photographers set alarms.
